Tariffs:
Quoted price includes accommodation for two people per week and is fully inclusive of electricity, logs and essential consumables. For more details about the accomodation visit our About page

Deposit:
A booking deposit of £200 is required to confirm booking.
The balance is payable 30 days prior to the start of holiday.

Cancellation/refund policy:
We will undertake to refund a deposit in the event that we are able to re-let the booked period. In the event that we are unable to re-let, we recommend you arrange your own holiday insurance.

Short Breaks:
Minimum 5 days

Arrival and Departure Times:
The barn will be available from 3pm on the first day of stay and we respectfully request guests to vacate the barn by 10am on the last day.

Pets:
One small dog is welcome but by arrangement please. We have our own border terrier who owns the territory and we also have horses in the surrounding fields. We do not make a charge for your pet but please call us to discuss suitability.

Smoking:
There is no smoking or vaping permitted in the Barn.
